Lady Gaga's triumphant return to Coachella in 2025 sent shockwaves across the world, hailed by a litany of outlets as the best Coachella headline performance of all time. Through an incredible collaboration between Gaga herself, Parris Goebel, Es Devlin, and Jason Ardizzone-West — who led production design alongside Es Devlin Studio — loudbox brought a mix of opera, theater, dance, and EDM visuals to the desert. FragmentNine, tasked with lighting and video design, amplified Gaga's narrative-driven show to heights not seen before on this scale, or this timeline.
